the hotel is super close to the next door neighbor was noisy and the location is perfect for joining congregational prayer. the friendly staff made the stay enjoyable, and the view of the ka’aba from the room was amazing.

At Pullman, we enjoyed the spacious bed rooms, good size living room, and kitchen with mini refrigerator. the breakfast buffet offered a good choice of food with sufficient seating space. the twin beds in the room were very comfortable, and the hotel's location provided easy accessibility to amenities and shopping options. the fast elevators made movement within the hotel hassle-free, even during peak times.

Great location with a view of Kaaba, variety in breakfast and lunch, and plenty of lifts for easy access.
Felt like being home, no reason to complain.

The distance from the hotel to the holy mosque was very convenient for me, as it made it easy to access the mosque for prayers. I also enjoyed the breakfast, which had a good selection of food and a tasty cappuccino machine. The hotel's location within a shopping mall was also a plus. Although the room had some drawbacks, overall I found it to be a satisfactory stay considering the positive aspects.
